empressissi™ is pleased to offer this rare and all original VACHERON&CONSTANTIN Art Deco dress watch for men from the early 30s in distinctive Art Deco design in Platinum and original 18K white gold bracelet in mesh design. Really one of a kind.
The watch houses a strong early V&C caliber manual wind movement, running on 17 jewels, which is quite rare for such an early movement. It is cased in an exquisite Platinum case with an elegant Art Deco barrel design and has a good crown and original mineral crystal.
The dial is 100% factory original, made of Sterling silver with icy finish and hard enamel print that holds applied solid classic Swiss numerals in black-mirror polished Platinum, in overall very good condition with minimal age to the ages and comes with an original set of decorated hands.
This elegant V&C watch measures 23mm side to side (excluding crown) and 33mm from top lug to bottom lug and is relatively modest in size even for a vintage watch.
Attached to this watch is its original 18K solid white gold bracelet and hallmarked properly with foldable clasp. This bracelet is 14mm wide and it will fit a wrist of up to 185mm, with possible tolerance to 180mm and 175mm through clasp position adjustment.
