70s THERMIDOR (NOS) Automatic Chronograph Date Vintage Swiss Watch
empressissi™ is pleased to offer this new old stock amazing chronograph for men by a private label using the legendary HEUER Caliber 12, famous for being used mostly in the Heuer Monaco 'Steve McQueen' models of the early 70s. The Heuer caliber 12 is a joint development of Hamilton-Buren, Breitling and has a Heuer module Dubois-Depraz 8510 on modified Buren 1281 caliber with a micro-rotor automatic, and a crown designed at the 9 o'clock, making it an iconic model.
This watch houses a top class HEUER cal. 12 micro rotor automatic movement with chronograph and date. Everything works fine and accurate including the chronograph. The movement is set in a sturdy stainless steel case in cushion shape, classic 70s, still retaining the original finish on both the sunburst bezel and the polished sides and has a stainless back, still with the protective sticker.
The dial of this watch is all original 'panda design' in mint condition, with an original set of hands.
This large and impressive THERMIDOR watch measures 40mm side to side (excluding crown) and 42mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a standard length brand new, 22mm wide quality genuine leather band in Navy blue tone with a stainless steel buckle.
