empressissi™ is pleased to offer this exquisite American made ELGIN dress watch for men from the late 40s known as the 'driver's watch' model with swivel lugs for side wrist comfort.

The watch houses a strong hi grade 559 manual wind movement with sub seconds, running on 21 jewels. It is cased in a signed 14K yellow gold filled case in classic design, this is model 4602.

The dial is factory original - glossy black with gold tone markers/Roman numerals and an original set of hands.

This Lord Elgin watch measures 21mm side to side (excluding crown) and 48mm from top lug to bottom lug.

Attached to this watch is a brand new, padded genuine leather band in black tone, 16mm wide, with anti-allergic buckle in matching tone.
