The watch houses a legendary cal. 89 manual wind movement, running well on 17 jewels with sweep seconds complication. This movement is often considered the best manual wind movement made in Switzerland during the 50s. It is cased in a sturdy stainless steel case with sought after 'Bombay' lugs, with an original crown and a mint crystal.
The dial was professionally restored in the past with a unique classic pearl tone surface and an elegant sub tone featuring a floral motif that is better seen in some light angles and almost invisible in other angles. It has applied solid gold markers and original set of hands.
This unique and sought after IWC Schaffhausen gents watch measures 33,5mm side to side (excluding crown) and 41mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a standard length brand new, 18mm wide, quality genuine leather band in navy blue tone with anti-allergic buckle in matching tone.
