empressissi™ is pleased to offer this top quality and sought after LONGINES automatic dress watch for men from the late 50s with classic design and state of the art movement.
The watch houses a 19A high grade caliber, running on 17 jewels with a more rare variant of seconds. This 19A-19AS series was considered 'rocket science' in the 50s and is until today one of the best movements ever made by Longines. It is cased in a robust yet elegant stainless steel case and comes with mint acrylic crystal and original sugned crown.
The dial was professionally restored here in our atelier with the correct pearl tone and has applied solid gold markers and original set of hands. The luminous material in the hands was restored as well.
This eclectic Longines watch measures 33,5mm side to side (excluding crown) and 42mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a standard length brand new, 20mm wide, quality aftermarked 'Longines' signed genuine leather band in slim black tone with Longines logo signed anti-allergic buckle in white tone.
