empressissi™ is pleased to offer this fantastic and original Patek Philippe slim evening model - the Reference 3566 with variant /1 in an integral all solid white gold case and bracelet setting. This particular reference was available in several dial settings and gold tones, with the white tone and blue textured dial combination being much less common and in today's style, much more sought after. In excellent original overall condition, hardly used, keeping accurate time and ready to wear - a classic evening watch for men!
The watch houses a 175 ultra-slim manual wind caliber, running on 18 jewels. This is a rare hi grade caliber decorated in Geneve stripes and was used as the main caliber in most PP dress watches since the early 70s. It is set in an original and signed PATEK PHILIPPE 18K solid white gold case in beautiful design, slim and elegant and features the original finish in elegant brushed decoration. The case has a mint original low dome mineral crystal and an unsigned crown. We estimate this watch to 1973 based on close serial numbers as shown in the Patek Philippe Public Project website.
The dial is 100% original factory made - mint and rare condition textured blue dial that is complementing the texture design on the bracelet with solid gold markers and an original set of white hands.
This rare Patek Philippe watch measures 27mm round side to side (excluding crown) and 28.5 mm top to bottom - a classic evening/dress watch which is rather smaller in size than today's standards but is sure to be complimented even today.
Attached to this watch is its original integral textured bracelet in 18K solid white gold, heavy and impressive and still retaining the original finish with a signed double safety clasp and solid gold buckle, all original and in fantastic condition. This watch will fit a wrist of 175-190mm comfortably.
