The watch houses an early grade 315 American made hi grade movement running on 15 jewels. It is cased in an original and signed 'Scepter' gold filled case in white tone, classic Art Deco octagon shape and decorations with an original bow, crown and mint mineral crystal.
The dial is an old restored metal in silver tone with correct print and has an original set of decorated hands.
