empressissi™ is pleased to offer this early trench style wrist watch from WW1 period by the fine American maker ELGIN in excellent working order.
The watch houses an early grade 298 caliber with 7 jewels and sub seconds. It is cased in a yellow gold filled case with fixed lugs and a mint lowdome mineral crystal with a good crown.
The dial is factory original, classic design on enamel with no apparent damage and an original set of hands.
This Elgin watch measures 33mm side to side (excluding crown) and 38mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a regular length brand new, 10mm wide, quality HIRSCH genuine leather band in brown tone with unsigned anti-allergic buckle in matching tone.
