empressissi™ is pleased to offer this rare and uncommon, mint condition Gruen Guild wrist watch for men, made by GRUEN for the European market in the 30s with a very rare caliber 175 Guild movement.
The watch houses an early top quality 175 caliber which is rarely seen, running well on 15 jewels and adjusted to four positions with sub seconds. It is cased in an elegant marked GUILDITE stainless steel case in mint condition with a mint original crystal and a good crown.
The dial is a factory original - gorgeous dual tone in sought after Sector design with an original set of hands.
This Gruen watch measures 20mm side to side (excluding crown) and 37mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a brand new quality slim genuine leather band in black tone, 16mm wide with an anti-allergic white tone buckle.
