empressissi™ is pleased to offer this fantastic early and sought after GRUEN dress watch for men from the late 40s, practically an American version of the Veri-Thin series model also sometimes referred to as 'Cincinnati' variants. This watch is all original, ready to wear, gift or add to your collection.
The watch houses an early Cincinnati top class 335 Veri-Thin caliber with sub seconds, running on 21 jewels. It is cased in a GRUEN original gold filled case design 335-558 with a mint correct crystal and an original signed crown.
The dial is factory original brushed silver with applied gold plated numerals, all in exceptional mint condition with an original set of hands.
This collectible GRUEN watch measures 24mm side to side (excluding crown) and 36mm from top lug to bottom lug and is relatively modest in size even for a vintage watch.
Attached to this watch is standard length, brand new 16mm wide quality genuine leather band in dark brown tone with an anti-allergic yellow tone buckle.
