40s GIRARD-PERREGAUX Gents Vintage Dress Watch

empressissi™ is pleased to offer this elegant Girard-Perregaux Swiss quality dress watch in gold filled case with an early Swiss manual wind movement. This watch is all original and in great condition.

The watch houses a classic Peseux 180 based caliber, the GP 06 which is running on 15 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a classic 10K yellow gold filled slim case and comes with  mint crystal and good original crown.

The dial is a complicated silver tone with gold inlaid numerals/markers and is in great shape with small age spots and comes with the original set of hands.

This Girard-Perregaux watch measures 26mm side to side (excluding crown) and 33mm from top lug to bottom lug.

Attached to this watch is its original Kreisler USA mesh bracelet with dual clasps on the back in overall good condition with some wear to the plating but nothing too bad. This watch will fit a wrist of up to 175 mm but can be easily changed to a leather band if desired. For reference this watch takes a 18 mm wide band.
