empressissi™ is pleased to offer this elegant 14K solid yellow gold WITTNAUER dress watch for men from the late40s, with a quality manual wind movement. This watch is ready to wear, gift or add to your collection.
The watch houses an early 9WN caliber which is based on the rectangular ETA-1000 with better plates finish, running on 17 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a signed original 14K solid gold case in yellow tone with hooded lugs and comes with a mint crystal and good crown.
The clean pearl tone dial was professionally restored in our atelier with the correct print and has embossed gold plated markers and original set of hands.
This WITTNAUER dress watch measures 22mm side to side (excluding crown) and 32mm from top lug to bottom lug and is considered relatively modest in size even for a vintage watch.
Attached to this watch is standard length, brand new 20mm wide quality genuine leather band in slim black tone with an anti-allergic yellow tone buckle.
