Longines

empressissi™ is pleased to offer this top quality and sought after LONGINES automatic dress watch for men from the early 50s with classic design and state of the art movement.

The watch houses a 22A high grade caliber, running on 17 jewels which is a rare model earlier than the sought after 19A family. This was literally considered 'rocket science' in the 50s and is until today one of the best movements ever made by Longines. It is cased in classic relatively large 10K gold filled case with some normal signs of wear and comes with mint low dome acrylic crystal and good crown.

The gorgeous pearl tone dial is factory original, in excellent very lightly and evenly aged condition with pearl track and raised markers/numerals in gold plate with an original set of hands.

This eclectic Longines watch measures 34,5mm side to side (excluding crown) and 42mm from top lug to bottom lug.

Attached to this watch is a standard length brand new, 18mm wide, quality slim HIRSCH  genuine leather band in dark brown tone with unsigned anti-allergic buckle in matching tone.
