empressissi™ is pleased to offer this all original and well preserved GRUEN dress watch for men from the mid 30s, ref. 580-283 in gold filled case and stainless back with an early Swiss manual wind movement.

The watch houses a 705 early caliber running on 17 jewels. It is cased in a 10K gold filled case with stainless steel back and has a good crown and original cellulose crystal.

The dial is all original and most elegant dual silver tone with classic numerals in gold plated and original set of hands, all very lightly aged.

This collectible GRUEN watch measures 25mm side to side (excluding crown) and 38mm from top lug to bottom lug.

Attached to this watch is a brand new genuine leather band in dark brown, 16mm wide, with an anti-allergic buckle in a matching tone.
