empressissi™ is pleased to offer this original and well preserved GRUEN dress watch for men from the early 40s, in gold filled case with an early Swiss manual wind movement.

The watch houses a 405 Veri-Thin series caliber running on 15 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a GRUEN original 10K rose gold filled case with a good curved crystal and newer crown.

The dial is factory original, very lightly aged Salmon tone with embossed Breguet numerals and original set of hands.

This collectible GRUEN watch measures 26mm side to side (excluding crown) and 34mm from top lug to bottom lug and is modest in size even for a vintage watch.

Attached to this watch is its original SPEIDEL USA gold filled flex bracelet over stainless steel in clean, excellent condition.
