empressissi™ is pleased to offer this elegant, all original Swiss made HAMILTON watch for men from the late 60s in reference known as the Thinline 6509 as featured in their 1968 catalog.
The watch houses a strong 639 which is based on an ultrathin Buren-280 manual wind movement with sub seconds complication, running on 17 jewels. It is cased in a fine 10K Rolled gold plated case in yellow tone with stainless back, excellent overall condition still with the original finish and has a near mint correct crystal and original signed crown.
The dial is factory original and lightly aged with several small signs. It features an icy sunburst background with applied solid gold markers/numerals and an original set of hands.
This Hamilton watch measures 27.5mm side to side (excluding crown) and 33.5mm from top lug to bottom lug and is slim, just 7mm overall thickness yet modest in size even for a vintage watch.
Attached to this watch is a brand new genuine leather band in black tone, 18mm wide with a matching non-allergic buckle.
