empressissi™ is pleased to offer this early and sought after American ELGIN wrist watch with gorgeous, classic Art Deco design in 14K white gold. It is ready to wear.
The watch houses an early grade 482 manual wind caliber, running on 15 jewels. It is cased in a signed breathtaking 14K Elgin 'Giant' white solid gold highly decorated case in excellent condition with fixed lugs. It has a good crown and near mint original mineral crystal.
The dial has been restored in the past with an elegant 'exploding numerals' design and is in overall nicely preserved condition with some few signs and comes with the original set of hands.
This amazing Elgin ladies watch measures 19mm side to side (excluding crown) and 34mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is its original, 14K gold filled adjustable bracelet with filigree clasp. Most elegant match for this watch and will fit most wrist sizes by clasp adjustment. Ultrasonically cleaned and in very good condition for its age with minor toning.
