empressissi™ is pleased to offer this and sought after WWI cushion-trench military style watch for men with Art Deco motif from the late 20s in gold filled case with an early Swiss manual wind movement.
The watch houses a rare and early 12.91 military grade caliber running on 15 jewels with sweep seconds complication. It is cased in a classic trench/cushion shaped 14K white gold filled case and comes with mint original mineral crystal and good crown.
The dial is a factory original hard enamel dial with Art Deco military style WW1 era numerals with recently restored luminous numerals, carefully hand painted in our atelier with non-toxic Super-Luminova™ material. The same material was applied to the original set of decorated skeleton hands as well.
This rare Longines watch measures 31mm side to side (excluding crown) and 38mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is an all original STURDY USA quality stainless steel bracelet in Art Deco design with adjustable clasp in very good and functional condition. This bracelet will fit a wrist of up to 178mm.
