empressissi™ is pleased to offer this all original, elegant LONGINES dress watch for men from the mid 40s with a state of the art Swiss manual wind movement. The design of this watch was clearly influenced by WW2 aviator lines that include bridged lugs and sector dial. It is ready to wear, gift or add to your collection.
The watch houses a legendary 10L LONGINES manual wind caliber, running on 17 jewels. It is cased in a 10K gold filled case in somewhat rose tone and overall quite uncommon for this model, it is great shape with no significant wear. It has an original crown and near mint unique original mineral crystal with flat top and very little signs of age.
The sector dial is factory original and in excellent shape with embossed gold plated numerals and markers. It comes with the original set of hands.
This elegant Longines watch measures 27mm side to side (excluding crown) and 39,5mm from top lug to bottom lug and is modest in size even for a vintage watch.
Attached to this watch is a standard length brand new, 20mm wide, quality slim HIRSCH genuine leather band in dark brown tone with unsigned anti-allergic buckle in yellow tone.
