empressissi™ is pleased to offer this rare and sought after WW2 period and style slim watch for men from the mid 40s in stainless steel case with Swiss manual wind movement.
The watch houses an early GP 06 / Peseux-180 caliber running on 15 jewels. It is cased in a stainless steel slim case made of two pieces - a bottom capsule for the movement with a frame including the lugs set with pressure over the crystal. It comes with a near mint acrylic crystal and original crown.
The dial was professionally restored with the correct tone and print and the original hands and dial have had their luminous material restored as well with a non-toxic Super-Luminova.
This fantastic Girard-Perregaux watch measures 32mm side to side (excluding crown) and 39mm from top lug to bottom lug and is modest in size even for a vintage watch.
Attached to this watch is a brand new old stock, 16mm wide, quality NATO strap in dark blue tone with stainless steel buckle in white tone.
