empressissi™ is pleased to offer this elegant and original Swiss made HAMILTON watch for men from the late 60s in reference known as the 'Dateline TM6901' which appeared in the 1968 catalog, with a quality Swiss automatic movement. This particular model is using the legendary Buren developed micro-rotor caliber.

The watch houses a strong 629 Hamilton caliber which is based on the BUREN 1280 series of very slim micro-rotor automatics, running on 17 jewels. There is also a date window at the 3, it is a non-quickset model. It is cased in a monobloc single piece case in 10K yellow rolled gold plated and in overall good condition, with a signed crown and original crystal. The total thickness of the watch is a bit less than 9mm and considering the fact it comes with a date and is automatic, that's a pretty phenomenal achievement for the 60s.

The dial is factory original in near mint sunburst silver tone with applied solid gold markers and original set of hands.

This Hamilton watch measures 33,5mm side to side (excluding crown) and 37,5mm from top lug to bottom lug.

Attached to this watch is a brand new quality genuine leather band in dark brown tone, great match for this watch in 18mm width and has an anti-allergic buckle in matching tone.
