The watch houses a rare 9-90 manual wind caliber, running on 18 jewels.This is an early mass production octagon shaped caliber with three adjustments in 5 positions and cased in an original and signed PATEK PHILIPPE 18K solid yellow gold case in beautiful design. It has an original crown and original curved mineral crystal in excellent condition.
The dial is 100% original factory made Sterling silver hand made dial with hard enamel black lettering with original solid gold applied markers/numerals. In overall very good shape with just a few small signs. Has original set of solid gold hands.
This rare Patek Philippe watch measures 21mm side to side (excluding crown) and 36mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a brand new quality French hand made brown genuine leather band, slim and elegant - 16 mm wide. It comes with the original and signed PP 18K solid gold buckle.
