empressissi™ is pleased to offer this elegant and original dress watch for men from the late 40s by the fine maker BULOVA, known as the 'Kirkwood' model in yellow gold variation. It is ready to wear, gift or add to your collection.
The watch houses a small, yet powerful 8AC manual wind Bulova caliber, running on 17 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a 10K rolled gold plated case with hooded lugs in overall excellent condition. The case has a mint crystal and an original signed crown.
The dial is a factory original in lightly and evenly aged condition with applied solid gold markers and gems and comes with the original set of hands.
This collectible BULOVA watch measures 22mm side to side (excluding crown) and 36mm from top lug to bottom lug and is modest in size even for a vintage watch.
Attached to this watch is its original, ultrasonically cleaned SPEIDEL USA Flex bracelet, gold filled over stainless steel in scissors aperture and excellent condition.
