empressissi™ is pleased to offer this fantastic early and sought after GRUEN dress watch for men from the late 40s, a Veri-Thin series model in 14K solid gold. This watch is all original, the design is known among collectors as 'Drivers' watch' since it has swivel lugs and it is ready to wear, gift or add to your collection.
The watch houses an early Cincinnati top class 335 Veri-Thin caliber with sub seconds, running on 21jewels. It is cased in a GRUEN original 14K solid yellow gold case with swivel lugs, design 335-558 with a mint correct pyramid crystal and an original signed crown.
The dial is factory original brushed silver with applied solid gold and diamonds and has an original set of hands.
This collectible GRUEN watch measures 24mm side to side (excluding crown) and 48mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is standard length, brand new 16mm wide quality genuine leather band in slim dark brown tone with an anti-allergic yellow tone buckle.
