empressissi™ is pleased to offer this small and well preserved ELGIN early American pocket watch for ladies with a crown wind/set movement and fine decorated case.
The watch houses an early 0-size grade 173 movement which is a crown wind and crown set caliber with 7 jewels. It is cased in a fine DUEBER yellow gold filled case in excellent condition with elegant Swan design floral motif. Has a firm bow, good crown and mint crystal. Lift spring and all hinges are intact and functional.
The dial is factory original white enamel and is in excellent condition overall, with an original set of hands.
This fantastic dress pocket watch measures 35mm side to side (excluding crown).
