empressissi™ is pleased to offer this early and unique Art Deco Swiss made CRUSADER wrist watch for men - a company active in the British market pre WW2, in classic cushion shape inside a Sterling silver case.
The watch houses an early manual wind caliber, running well on 15 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in an elegant cushion shaped DENISSON 925 Sterling silver hallmarked case for Birmingham, 1935. The case has fixed lugs and is in overall excellent condition with a good crown and mint low dome mineral crystal.
The dial is a 100% factory original - simple Art Deco clean print over textured guilloche pattern in eggshell tone with an original set of Breguet style hands.
This watch measures 27mm side to side (excluding crown) and 33mm from top lug to bottom lug and is relatively small even for a vintage watch.
Attached to this watch is its original, ultrasonically cleaned, adjustable stainless steel bracelet, will fit most wrist sizes comfortably.
