empressissi™ is pleased to offer this all original, extremely rare and relatively large Swiss JUMP HOUR hunter style pocket watch in solid 14K gold case from the early 20th century.
The watch houses an early ebauche caliber in gilt finish and is nicely preserved. It is a crown wind/pinset caliber, in overall excellent condition, running strong and keeping good time. The movement has a patented 3rd/4th wheels design that operate the jump hour section on the dial side, the watch works flawlessly. The movement is cased in a fully hallmarked and original Swiss 14K all solid gold case with just a few shallow signs. It has good bow, onion crown and a flat mineral crystal. All the hinges are functional and tight, good lift spring; with net gold weight of 32 grams.
The dial is a factory original white enamel with sub dial in satin silver tone. The enamel is in overall very good condition for its age, a very small chip hardly noticeable on the lip and two small hairlines.
This fantastic Swiss pocket watch measures 51mm side to side (excluding crown).
