empressissi™ is pleased to offer this elegant and impressive LONGINES dress watch for men from the late 40s known as the 'Berkshire' model with a state of the art Swiss manual wind movement. This watch is ready to wear, gift or add to your collection.
The watch houses a legendary 23Z manual wind caliber, running on 17 jewels. It is cased in a 10K gold filled case with minimal back wear and has a mint crystal and good correct crown.
The dial appears to have been restored in the past and has the correct tone and print, pearl tone surface with raised gold plated markers/numerals and an original set of hands.
This elegant Longines watch measures 26,5mm side to side (excluding crown) and 37mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a standard length brand new, 18mm wide quality padded genuine leather band in Ostrich black tone with unsigned anti-allergic buckle in yellow tone.
