empressissi™ is pleased to offer this elegant classic gents dress LONGINES watch for men from the late 40s with state of the art Swiss manual wind movement. This watch was made for the European market and has Swiss case hallmarks with a rather uncommon semi-hidden lugs. It is ready to wear, gift or add to your collection.
The watch houses a classic 22L classic 17 jewels manual wind movement which was the winning horse behind most of the era's solid gold dress watches for men. It is cased in a 14K solid yellow gold case with an interesting design and a nice dual tone finish and has a mint crystal and a good crown.
The dial was professionally restored in the past with the correct pearl tone and has embossed Roman gold plated numerals with an original set of hands.
This elegant Longines watch measures 25,5mm side to side (excluding crown) and 35mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a standard length brand new, 18mm wide genuine leather band in dark brown tone and anti-allergic buckle in matching tone.
