empressissi™ is pleased to offer this fantastic and sought after GRUEN dress watch for men from 1952, with a classic Veri-Thin movement in a sought after 'knotted lugs' design. This watch is ready to wear, gift or add to your collection.
The watch houses an early 416 caliber, running on 15 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a GRUEN original 10K yellow gold filled case with stainless back, model 416-772, it comes with a mint low dome crystal and original signed crown.
The dial is factory original, two silver tones and and raised gold plated markers/numerals and original set of hands.
This collectible GRUEN watch measures 30mm side to side (excluding crown) and 38mm from top lug to bottom lug and is modest in size even in vintage standards.
Attached to this watch is standard length, brand new 15mm wide padded genuine leather band in black tone with an anti-allergic yellow tone buckle.
