empressissi™ is pleased to offer this original and unique full size, sought after IWC Schaffhausen with the very rare caliber 85 'Pellaton' caliber which was the experimental model of this legendary series in automatic wind, probably one of the best ever made Swiss automatic movements. With gorgeous classic design and overall good presence on the wrist, it is working well, keeping good time and ready to wear or gift!

The watch houses a legendary cal. 85 automatic movement, running well on 21 jewels with sweep seconds complication. It is cased in a unique and elegant, relatively large 18K solid gold 'monobloc' case with top bezel, all in great condition and looks awesome on the wrist. Had a mint crystal and a good crown.

The dial may have been restored in the past with a fine eggshell original finish and has applied solid gold markers in solid gold, this was most likely oriented to the American market, with an original set of hands, these are made of gold as well.

This unique and sought after IWC Schaffhausen gents watch measures 35mm side to side (excluding crown) and 42mm from top lug to bottom lug.

Attached to this watch is a XL length brand new, quality genuine lizard band, 18mm wide in black tone with unsigned anti-allergic buckle in matching tone.
