empressissi™ is pleased to offer this early and finely designed Art Deco GRUEN wrist watch for men - a unique model from the late 20s in white gold filled.
The watch houses the early 705 GUILD caliber, running well on 15 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a classic rectangular shaped 14K white gold filled case with rounded corners, with decorations in Art Deco motif on the bezel and comes with a mint crystal and original crown. This case model ref is 705-13.
The dial appears to have been professionally restored in the past with enamel-simulated technique - white background with embossed silver numerals in Art Deco design and nice set of hands in black tone.
This rare Gruen watch measures 26mm side to side (excluding crown) and 36mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a brand new quality slim genuine leather band in dark brown, 16mm wide with an anti-allergic white tone buckle.
