empressissi™ is pleased to offer this all original and unique, well preserved GRUEN Art Deco ladies wrist watch from the late 20s in gold filled with a legendary 153 manual wind movement.
The watch houses a 153 Guild series caliber running on 15 jewels and adjusted to four positions. It is cased in a GRUEN original distinctive Art Deco design 0S-63 case made of 14K white gold filled. It has a mint crystal an original decorated crown.
The dial is a factory original, unique dual tone silver/white featuring straight line engine work with gorgeous floral pattern engraving and an elegant Art Deco numerals design in the center in hard enamel print. It comes with the original set of hands.
This collectible GRUEN watch measures 17mm side to side (excluding crown) and 30mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is its original GEMEX USA ultrasonically cleaned and in excellent condition white gold filled bracelet with an adjustable clasp. Will fit a wrist of 145-165 mm comfortably.
