empressissi™ is pleased to offer this rare and sought after early 40s dress watch for men by the fine Swiss maker GIRARD PERREGAUX featuring a unique long tank case in 14K solid yellow gold capped over stainless steel. This watch also houses an early and uncommon manual wind movement. It is ready to wear.
The watch houses an early ETA 757 caliber running on 17 jewels. It is cased in a 14K solid rose gold capped long stainless steel case in beautiful dual tone and great shape with an original crown and mint crystal.
The dial was professionally restored here in our atelier with the correct print and has gold plated numerals and original set of hands.
This amazing Girard-Perregaux watch measures 20mm side to side (excluding crown) and 44mm from top lug to bottom lug.
Attached to this watch is a brand new 16mm wide genuine leather band in slim dark brown with a non-allergic buckle in matching tone.
