empressissi™ is pleased to offer this fantastic solid white gold GRUEN dress watch for men from the late 40s known as the 'Executive' model, with their amazing CURVEX model Swiss manual wind movement.

The watch houses a classic Curvex series caliber 440 which is the second out of three Curvex models manufactured and the most popular one, running on 17 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a GRUEN original 14K solid white gold case comes with mint original pyramid crystal and signed GRUEN crown.

The dial was professionally restored here in our atelier with the correct print over brushed icy silver tone surface and it has solid gold markers and genuine diamonds set in solid gold chatons.  and genuine diamonds set in cabochons. This watch comes with its original set of hands.

This collectible GRUEN watch measures 22mm side to side (excluding crown) and 35mm from top lug to bottom lug which is modest in size even for a vintage watch.

Attached to this watch is standard length, brand new 16 mm wide TIMEPIECE genuine leather band in padded black with an anti-allergic white tone buckle.
